Created in 1995 by Valérie Schemann and Christophe Jankovic, Prima Linea Productions is a branch of Prima Linea, an graphic agency working since 1988 with many internationally renowned authors, illustrators and graphic designers.

It is based on the experience of this long-term and in-depth work with these authors that Prima Linea Productions focuses on the development and production of original projects. In the desire to create a catalog of audiovisual and cinematographic works of authors.

Production pays special attention to visual and literary developments. It offers internally the resources necessary for the refinement of the concept, the graphic research, the experimentation of various animation techniques.

Since 2003, the company has set up its own animation studio in the Pôle Image Angoulême to find the technical and human means favorable to original productions and in particular for its animated feature films. In 2010, a new studio was created at headquarters in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
